I've tried basically everything I can do. I've had this problem since September (when I started using my laptop on my main display) and I still haven't found a solution for it. I can do 1440p 60hz or 1080p 120hz, but that's as high as I can go for either resolution. One thing that may be worth mentioning is that my laptop has an HDMI 1.4b port, but that shouldn't matter as I've tried using the Thunderbolt 4 port. For reference the laptop I'm using is a Lenovo Thinkbook 14 G2, and the monitor is an MSI Optix MAG274QRF-QD.
